CONSTRUCTION, REHABILITATION AND REPURPOSING

Composite Pipeline Construction: Installation of composite and spoolable pipeline systems selected for corrosion resistance, flexibility, and long-term performance. We work with all the leading composite manufacturers including: Flexpipe, Flexsteel, Fiberspar, Primus Line and HDPE.

Pipeline Remediation and Repair: Targeted repairs and remediation work to restore integrity while limiting downtime and site disturbance.

Pipeline Repurposing: Modification and rehabilitation of existing pipelines for new service requirements, extending usable life and reducing replacement costs.

Free Standing Liner Systems: Pulling and installation of free standing liner systems to rehabilitate existing pipelines where open cut replacement is not practical.

INTEGRITY AND SPECIALIZED SUPPORT SERVICES

Pipeline Integrity Digs (2” to 48”): Excavation support for integrity programs, including correlation and verification digs across energy and municipal systems.

Tethered ILI Pulling and Support: Crews and equipment to support tethered in line inspection tool pulling, recovery, and related operations.

Waterline Bypass Services: Temporary bypass systems that allow water and wastewater services to remain active during repairs and rehabilitation.
